Purchases are processed by Digistore24. This website does not directly collect or store your full payment-card details. Digistore24 processes payment, transaction and order information under its own applicable privacy terms.
Information you provide to us
If you contact us, we may receive information such as your name, email address, phone number if you choose to provide it, Digistore24 order ID and the content of your message. We use this information to provide support, resolve product-access issues, respond to requests, prevent abuse and maintain service records.
Website and technical data
Standard server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp for security, troubleshooting and service operation. The Digistore24 affiliate attribution script may process information necessary to attribute eligible affiliate referrals.
Marketing emails and how to unsubscribe
If you receive marketing or promotional emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the marketing email. You may also request removal from marketing communications by emailing support@esr.mobi with the subject Unsubscribe request.
